- Chicken tractor that can accommodate up to 4 laying hens
- 2 already laying hens
- 100 pounds of standard layer pellet food

- Free delivery within the greater Richmond metropolitan & Charlottesville areas
Base Package Pricing:
- 6 Month Rental - $400
- 5 Month Rental - $375
- 4 Month Rental - $350
- 3 Month Rental - $325
Upgrades:
- Additional laying hens - $25 per hen (Maximum 2 additional)
- Organic Chicken Food - $50 for 80 pounds

End of Year Adoption Option:
If your rental period has convinced you that you are ready to take on chicken farming all year round, we offer you the option to adopt your hens and keep the coop and all the equipment.
